Today started with the slow adjustment to EST. I woke up at about 6am today, although the clocks went back from daylight savings time so this was actually 5am.
We had decided to go out for breakfast this morning. Kathryn had found a place that looked good, literally just around the corner from this building. We got there for 8am when it opened.

We had some lovely waffles, and the coffee wasn’t too bad either. The dry and sunny weather continued, so we went for a walk along the piers for some fresh air.

I had really wanted to do some shopping, so we went to Soho to visit some of the shops.

We came back for lunch, befor heading at again to do more shopping! Just locally this time, which included picking up some US wines to try. We came back about 5pm and headed out for dinner at 6pm.

We went to this Mexican place we had been to before. I was really excited because I got to have Chile which I never get to have at home. It was a short walk from where we are staying. Inside it they still had Halloween decorations up so it was a really nice atmosphere. There were plenty of marathon runners about too. You could tell by the medals they were wearing.

We stayed about an hour before heading back to the apartment. We watched Men in Black 2 before going to bed.
